For more than 30 years Children’s Hospice South West has been caring for babies, children and young people with life-threatening and life-limiting conditions by providing hospice care and professional family support services. The care that we provide to over 530 children and their families each year across our 3 hospices is not just about medical and nursing support for babies, children and young people. It’s about enriching their lives and helping them to face the most unimaginable times.
